Any conditions dangerous to life, health and safety, examples are: major plumbing, Heat, electrical (example: a flooding toilet, non-working heat, a sparking stove, a broken window, or a hole in your roof.)Examples include neighbor nuisances (please call police), a running toilet, a broken dishwasher, or a missing screen.
