  • What qualifies as an emergency? Any conditions dangerous to life, health and safety, including major plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and habitability issues. (For example: a flooding toilet, non-working heat or A/C, a sparking stove, a broken window, or a hole in your roof.)
  • What does NOT qualify as an emergency? Examples include neighbor nuisances (please call police), a running toilet, a broken dishwasher, or a missing screen.
